We are an international company with engagement of business activities mainly import trading in Power Transmission Equipment Industry, currently require qualified staff as follows:

SALES STAFF (PLACEMENT : JEPARA - CENTRAL JAVA) SS

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Sales Supervisor in maintaining good relationship with client/customer
• Prepare material for tender documents, including Quotation, drawings to submit to local contractor
• Keeping tracks of the incoming and outgoing documents of sales, trading, import
• Arrange the administrative work of import business such as filling, correspondence, quotation, inquiries, Purchase Order, bidding documents, invoicing
• Execute the administrative work of import business for the Sales Supervisor during his absence.
• Other duties still related with sales jobs.

General Requirements:

• Diploma 3 or University Degree of any discipline however economic background would be preferred.
• Fluency in English both oral and written + English Correspondence
• Import business experience
• Excellent communication and good personality
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft office Microsoft outlook and internet
• Age below 34 years old
• Male or Female
